8th Galileo Conference in Naples (Italy) on September 2022
Firstly, I hope that you, your family, colleagues, and friends are not still suffering too much because of the COVID-19 outbreak.
In this period of pandemic resurgence, especially due to the SARS-CoV-2 variants, organizing any scientific meeting might be hampered by sanitary measures.
However, scientists are commonly known to take a positive view and look at the future with confidence and therefore this message is to remind you that the 8th Galileo Conference will take place in Naples (Italy) in the period 19-22 September 2022.
A geoscience excursion is scheduled at the "Alento" observatory and "Piano della Rocca" dam, which are nestled in the highly-renowned Cilento area (south of Salerno) for the presence of the Cilento National Park, archeological sites, and for being the seat of the Mediterranean Diet.
