SUBJECT: 3-years PhD fellowship (Marie Curie) on fluvial habitat and river morphodynamics - EUROFLOW project

At the University of Trento, Italy we have an open position for a Marie Curie - funded PhD fellowship on fluvial habitat and river morphodynamics within the EU project EUROFLOW, where 14 PhD students will work for 3 years across 10 different EU research institutions as well as private companies and government agencies on topics related with environmental flows in rivers. The specific research topic for the Trento-based fellowship is related with the linkages between morphodynamics and habitat in river systems, particularly (though not exclusively) through a modelling component.

Being a Marie Curie fellowship based in Italy, it is reserved to non-Italian candidates holding a MSc degree (to be awarded before October 31st, 2018) or to Italian candidates who have not have resided nor carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Italy for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately prior to November 1, 2018.
